Using this website
Accessibility
How this website is designed to be accessible, its known limitations, and how to report a barrier.
This website is designed to be usable by everyone, including people who use only a keyboard, a screen reader, screen magnification or a small screen.
What we aim for
We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is the target we work to; it is not a certification, and we do not claim formal conformance.
What we have done
- Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a “skip to main content” link.
- The menu and the cookie banner are real buttons that announce whether they are open, rather than hover-only controls.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives, written separately in English, Swedish, Finnish and Greek.
- Form fields have permanent labels; errors are listed at the top of the form, linked to the field, and described in words as well as colour.
- Text reflows to a single column at 320 pixels wide and remains readable at 200% zoom.
- Interactive targets are at least 44 pixels on their smallest side.
- Page structure uses real landmarks and a single heading outline per page.
- Animation is limited to one short entrance effect, which is switched off entirely for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion.
- Nothing on the site moves, flashes or plays by itself.
Known limitations
- The Swedish, Finnish and Greek versions of this website were prepared by the campaign team and have not been certified by a sworn translator.
